Quadratic Line Marker

Description

Teams that dive the same cave or wreck often need a third marker shape, one that cannot be confused by touch or sight with either a cookie or an arrow. Tecline's quadratic line marker is a rectangular polymer plate with slots for the line and the Tecline logo on its face. On a team cave dive it gives a distinct marker for agreed signals, such as the point where a team split or a survey station. On a wreck it can mark a feature or a tie-off without being mistaken for a route instruction. Its rectangular outline is easy to tell apart from a round cookie even with thick gloves, and the edges are chamfered so it slides onto the line without fraying it. It comes in white and in a glow-in-the-dark version. Each marker is sold singly. It suits an overhead-environment diver or team that uses a set of marker shapes with agreed meanings.
