R2 TEC2 Regulator

Description

A regulator bought for one cylinder often has to be replaced once the diving moves on to a twinset or a stage. Tecline call the R2 TEC the most versatile first stage they make, and pair it here with the TEC2 second stage, so one set carries on through that progression. The first stage is a balanced diaphragm design in chrome-plated marine bronze, with a dry chamber that protects it from freezing and a rotating turret that keeps hose routing tidy. That makes it at home on a single cylinder on a reef holiday, as one side of a twinset on a deep wreck, or as the regulator on a decompression stage. The TEC2 is pneumatically balanced, with a venturi knob, a breathing resistance knob, a heat exchanger for cold water and Tecline's direct flow system. Tecline state that both stages exceed the requirements of EN 250A. It suits a diver who wants one regulator to take from recreational diving into cold water and technical work.
