R2 TEC2 Semitec I Set

Description

A diver who donates a long hose needs the backup under the chin to breathe as well, because that is what they will be on for the rest of the ascent. The R2 TEC2 SemiTec I set puts two TEC2 second stages on one R2 TEC first stage for a single cylinder: the primary on a 1.93 m black Proflex hose and the backup on a 0.61 m black Proflex hose for a bungee necklace. Both are pneumatically balanced, with venturi and breathing resistance knobs, a heat exchanger and the direct flow system. The first stage is a balanced diaphragm with a dry chamber and a 360 degree turret, and the set meets EN 250A. A bolt snap and an oval Tecline bag are included. The second option adds a 52 mm pressure gauge on a 0.60 m Proflex HP hose and a second bolt snap. It fits a fundamentals course on one cylinder, a cavern tour and a cold-water shore dive. It suits a single tank diver who wants a long-hose rig with two top-grade second stages.
