R5 TEC1 DIR Set

Description

A twinset in the DIR style needs its regulators laid out one exact way: a long hose from the right post to the primary, a short hose to a backup on a necklace, and a gauge on the left. Tecline's R5 TEC1 DIR set supplies that layout ready to fit. Two R5 TEC first stages in black chrome, balanced diaphragms with dry chambers and cold kits, feed two TEC1 second stages, pneumatically balanced with venturi and breathing resistance knobs and heat exchangers, on a 2.00 m and a 0.61 m black Proflex LP hose, all to EN 250A, in a Tecline bag. The second option adds a 52 mm pressure gauge on a 0.60 m Proflex HP hose with an 88 mm bolt snap. That serves a fundamentals or technical course on doubles, a long decompression dive on a cold wreck, and a cave dive where hose discipline counts. Tecline let the dealer vary hose colours and lengths. It suits a twinset diver setting up a standardised long-hose configuration.
