Description

Cold water and overhead dives often call for two independent first stages, and a single-outlet valve has nowhere to put the second one. This Tecline second outlet screws into the side port of their expandable mono valve and adds another 232 bar DIN outlet with its own black rubber handwheel and Viton seals. A diver heading to an ice dive can run a regulator on each outlet and shut either one down without losing the other. On a wreck course taken on a single cylinder, it turns the student's valve into a two-regulator setup for the gas-sharing drills. When the trip is over, the outlet comes off and a blind plug returns the valve to single use. Left and right versions must match the valve they go on. Fitting is work for a qualified cylinder technician. It suits a single-cylinder diver who needs two first stages for cold or overhead diving.
