Soft Single Tank Adapter

Description

A rigid adapter is one more hard, heavy piece in a travel bag, and a soft adapter does the same job of seating a single cylinder with less bulk. Tecline's soft single tank adapter is a padded strip with two mounting eyelets that sits between the backplate and the cylinder. It comes in two sizes: 11 by 39 cm for standard wings, and 8.5 by 33.5 cm for Tecline Peanut wings. On a fly-in dive holiday, it rolls up in the wing bag instead of taking flat space. With a Peanut wing on a single cylinder, the Peanut size matches the narrower wing. Fixing screws are not included and are sold separately, as are the tank bands. It suits a travelling diver who wants a light, packable single tank adapter.
