Stainless Steel H Mini Backplate 3mm

Description

Small divers who dive cold water need a plate that fits a short back and still adds some weight to the rig. Tecline's H MINI backplate is 3 mm stainless steel cut to an H shape of 32 by 20 cm, and it weighs 0.92 kg. Tecline recommend the MINI size for divers under 150 cm. In a drysuit at an inland site, the steel takes some of the ballast off a belt that tends to slide on a narrow waist. For a teenager moving from a junior jacket, it pairs with Tecline's Comfort MINI or DIR MINI harness to build a rig that fits properly. Tecline's H MINI soft pad is cut to the same outline for comfort on bare skin. The plate is supplied on its own, without harness or wing. It suits a small diver who wants a stainless plate sized for their frame.
