Stainless Steel Quick Link

Description

A spring gate is quick to use but can be knocked open, so attachments meant to stay put for months are better closed with a threaded link. Tecline's stainless steel quick links close with a screw sleeve that turns down over the opening, leaving nothing to snag or spring loose. The 40 mm size fixes a bolt snap to a bungee loop, joins a spool's line to a clip, or secures a knife sheath or pocket to a harness ring. The larger 60 mm link takes thicker webbing or two items at once, such as a weight pocket and a trim strap, or a lift bag to its line. Once tightened it acts as a small permanent shackle that can still be undone with fingers or pliers when the rig changes. Each link is sold singly. It suits a diver who builds semi-permanent attachments into a harness or kit and wants them to stay closed.
