Stainless Steel Stage Tank Band

Description

The band at the neck of a stage cylinder carries the top clip and takes every tug of the rig, so a stripped screw or a cracked sleeve is worth replacing before it fails on a dive. Tecline's tank band is a stainless steel worm-drive clamp running inside a black webbing sleeve that protects the cylinder's finish. It comes in three diameter ranges: 130 to 150 mm for a 5.7 L cylinder, 140 to 160 mm for a 7 L, and 170 to 190 mm for 10 and 11.1 L cylinders. For a diver building a stage rig from separate parts, it forms the fixed top point for the leash. For one who already owns a Tecline rigging kit, it replaces a worn band without buying the whole set again. It tightens with a screwdriver, and each band is sold singly. It suits a diver maintaining or building stage and deco cylinder rigging.
