Description
A bent or lost buckle leaves a mask unwearable, and the Frameless Super View uses a stainless steel buckle that is not interchangeable with every plastic clip on the market. This is Tecline's replacement: a polished stainless steel wire buckle whose pin passes through the lug moulded on the side of the Super View skirt and grips the ribbed end of the strap. Kept in a save-a-dive kit, it turns a broken mask into a working one on the boat. When switching a Super View from its silicone strap to a neoprene one, a fresh pair of buckles is a sensible upgrade at the same time. It also fits other masks with a similar pin-through-lug mounting. Each buckle is sold singly, and a mask takes two. It suits a Super View owner who wants a spare on hand or needs to replace a damaged buckle.
