TEC2 Reversible Second Stage Military Line

Description

A bright outer ring and white logos are the first thing a torch beam picks out underwater, which is a problem for a team that works unseen and for a diver who prefers an all-black rig. This is the Military Line version of Tecline's reversible TEC2, made to the specifications of special forces and rescue teams: finished in HBC, a hard, smooth black coating, with markings masked under a low-visibility marking system. The LP connection can sit on either side; it is set to the left from the factory and the parts to switch it are included. That suits a sidemount pair on a black Military Line rig, a rescue diver's backup on a necklace, or a technical diver matching an HBC first stage. Underneath it is a full TEC2: pneumatically balanced, venturi and breathing resistance knobs, direct flow system, heat exchanger and Teflon-coated metal parts against freezing. It weighs 260 g and meets EN 250A. Stock comes from production surpluses, so availability varies. It suits a diver who wants a black, reversible, low-visibility second stage.
