Trim Pockets

Description

Getting a flat trim often comes down to a kilogram or two in the right place, and a belt cannot put it there. Tecline's trim pockets are a pair of small zip-closed pockets that thread onto 50 mm webbing, most often the tank bands of a backplate rig. Each takes up to 2 kg and measures 13 by 8 by 3 cm. On a single cylinder, one pocket on each band high on the tank moves weight towards the head for a diver who swims feet-down. In a sidemount configuration, they sit on the cylinder bands to balance the rig side to side. The zip keeps the weights in the pocket, so these are not meant as ditchable weight. It suits a diver fine-tuning trim with small amounts of lead.
