V1 Ice First Stage

Description

On a single cylinder the long hose and the backup often leave the first stage crossing each other, which pulls the head down and puts loops where they catch. The V1 ICE uses a V-shaped hose arrangement that splits the hoses to either side of the valve, so the diver sits head-up with a clean profile. Tecline rate it perfect on a single tank and well suited to a twinset. It is built for cold water: a balanced diaphragm with a dry chamber and an extra cold kit, running at 9.0 bar intermediate pressure, in chrome-plated marine bronze of 819 g, and it meets EN 250A. That makes it a fit for a drysuit diver in a winter quarry, and for an instructor who wants a tidy long-hose setup on a single tank for a technical course. The DIN version takes 300 bar; the yoke version is rated to 230 bar for INT valves on rental cylinders. There are four LP and two HP ports. It suits a cold-water single tank diver who cares about hose routing.
