V1 Ice TEC1 Regulator Set

Description

On a single cylinder with an octopus, three hoses and a gauge all compete for the space around the first stage, and a messy layout drags on the valve and the diver. The V1 ICE was designed around hose routing for single tanks: its V port layout sends the primary and the octopus hose out to either side. In these sets it feeds a black TEC1 primary on a 0.63 m black Proflex hose and a yellow TEC1 octopus on a 0.90 m yellow Proflex hose, both pneumatically balanced with heat exchangers, with the instruments on a 0.80 m rubber HP hose, in a Tecline bag. The first stage has a dry chamber and cold kit, and Tecline certify the sets to EN 250A for cold water and recommend them for ice diving. Set I adds a 63 mm pressure gauge in a housing. Set II adds a housed console with a depth gauge, and Set III a compass for under-ice or low-visibility navigation. It suits a cold-water diver who wants a tidy, complete single tank set.
