V2 Ice TEC2 DIR Set

Description

A long cave or deep wreck on doubles asks the most of every part of a twinset, from valve access behind the head to the backup's breathing. The V2 ICE TEC2 DIR set combines Tecline's dedicated twinset first stages with their best second stage. The left and right V2 ICE first stages are balanced diaphragms with dry chambers and cold kits, routing hoses away from the valve knobs and freeing the space behind the head. Two TEC2 second stages, pneumatically balanced with venturi and breathing resistance knobs, heat exchangers and the direct flow system, ride a 1.93 m black Proflex long hose and a 0.61 m black Proflex backup hose, with an 88 mm bolt snap and an oval Tecline bag, all to EN 250A. The second option adds a 52 mm pressure gauge on a 0.60 m Proflex HP hose and a second bolt snap. That fits cave exploration, a cold trimix wreck and an ice dive on doubles. It suits a technical twinset diver who wants Tecline's top regulators in a DIR layout.
