Description

A plastic slate has room for a handful of words, but a dive plan, run times and a full survey need pages, which is what wet notes provide. Tecline's wet notes are a 19 by 12 cm waterproof notebook in a Cordura cover, with six pages printed for run-time planning and 46 pages for notes, held in a four-ring binder. Clear pockets, a mesh pocket and pencil sleeves sit inside the covers, and a bungee loop and Velcro tab keep the book closed. On a technical dive the printed pages carry the plan and bailout schedule. On a wreck or survey dive the note pages record measurements and sketches, and a bookmark tab opens the book at the right page. Refill inserts and a graphite pencil are sold separately. It suits a technical, survey or training diver who needs to write a lot underwater.
