Standard Compass Replacement Capsule

Description

A cracked lens or an air bubble in the oil ends a compass's working life, but it does not end the life of the strap, bungee or console boot around it. This is the Termo Industria standard compass capsule on its own, the same 60 mm oil-filled unit fitted to their bungee, wrist and console compasses. Two magnets give it a fast response, the card is luminous and graduated every 10 degrees, and it reads from the top or through the side window. Swapping the capsule restores a console that took a knock on a boat ladder, gives a dive centre a spare for the rental navigation compasses, and lets a diver move a compass from a wrist strap into a console without buying a second complete unit. Check that the mount or console was built for the Termo Industria standard compass before ordering. It suits a diver or centre repairing or converting a Termo Industria compass.
