Big Blue TL8000P Mini Light Head

Description

The Mini exists because eight thousand lumens in a full-sized housing is more torch than most divers want strapped to a hand for an hour. Shrinking the body without shrinking the output is the whole design brief, and the head is where that work is concentrated. This is that assembly on its own, in a plain box with no battery, charger, lanyard or dry bag, bought either to repair a light whose switch, LED or electronics have failed, or to sit in a kit box as a spare for a trip where a lost light means lost dives. Replacing the head rather than the light costs a fraction of a new one and keeps the body, mount and battery already owned in service. Other heads in the TL series cover the rest of the range. It suits a diver keeping a TL8000P Mini running.
