TUSA Liberator BCD

Description

Weight belts slip and press on the lower back, and the Tusa Liberator moves that weight into the jacket with the Advanced Weight Loading System III. Weights go into cartridges that load into the front of the BCD and release with a quick-lock pull, each cartridge taking 3.63 kg, and spreading the load toward the shoulders removes the weighted-down feel of a belt. The Ultimate Stabilizing Harness uses rails to hold the cylinder close and eliminate tank roll, the tilt valve inflator and O.P.E.V. system give quick inflation and venting, and the shell is 500 denier Cordura with 420 denier nylon and internal urethane lamination. It helps a diver who dislikes the pressure of a weight belt, a boat diver who wants weights released quickly at the ladder, and a shore diver carrying the rig down a beach. Lift is 16.3 kg (160 N) in L and 18.4 kg (180 N) in XL. It suits a recreational diver who wants a secure jacket BCD with integrated weights.
