Vera Fins

Description

Pool chemicals and salt water between them destroy most training fins within a couple of seasons, usually by hardening the material until it cracks at the heel. Silicone does not go that way, and the Vera is made from 100 per cent high-quality silicone for exactly that reason: it resists wear and keeps working rather than degrading over a training programme measured in years. The foot pocket is closed, which suits pool training where nothing needs adjusting and a full-foot fit transmits power directly. It is comfortable enough to be used for open-water swimming as well as lengths, so it is not limited to a single setting. Swimmers use it to build endurance and technique, and it works just as well for someone swimming for pleasure. Sizes S (EU 36-38) to XL (EU 45/47). It suits a swimmer training regularly in a pool or open water.
