VL11000P 11000 Lumen Warm White Video Light

Description

Warm white at 5000K is the reason to take this over a cool white light of the same output, because it sits closer to what a camera expects and leaves less correction to do afterwards. The COB LED spreads 11,000 lumens across a 120 degree beam, giving an even wash rather than the bright centre a cluster of separate emitters leaves in the middle of a frame, and six XPE red LEDs handle approaching animals that white light would send into hiding. Four levels give 11,000 lumens for 1 hour 30, 5500 for 3 hours, 2750 for 6 and 1100 for 15, from a four-cell 21700 pack. It weighs 654 grams with the pack fitted, sits 273 grams negative, and measures 63 mm across and 134.6 millimetres long, tested to 100 metres. A Goodman glove, ball mount and removable yellow filter ship in the box. It suits a videographer shooting wide with warm light.
