Description

One hundred and twenty degrees is the number that matters on a video head. A rectilinear frame is wider than it is tall and wider still than most beams, so anything narrower puts a bright disc in the centre of every clip with the corners falling away, and no amount of grading afterwards makes that look deliberate. This is the VL11000P head assembly on its own, in a plain box with no battery, charger or accessories, bought to repair a damaged head or to hold as a spare against a shoot that cannot be rescheduled. The housing is tested to one hundred metres. Built-in blue for fluorescence work and remote control capability are separate heads rather than options on this one, listed under their own part numbers. That answers wide-angle video, a large subject and a flooded head. It suits a videographer keeping a VL11000P running.
