Description
An alternate air source that slips loose on a dive is a problem that only shows up at the worst time, and the Webbed Octo Holder is built to stop that. It retains the alternate air source and won't let it slip, on a webbed strap with a clip at the top. That keeps the second stage in one known place. On a reef dive it stops the mouthpiece dragging along the bottom, on a training dive it means the octo is where a student was shown it would be, and on a drift dive it keeps the hose from streaming away from the body. It suits a diver who wants the octopus to stay put until it is called on.
