Description

A Solar Flare 13000 Pro on each arm lights a wide scene well, but the pair adds enough weight that a rig tends to nose down between shots. The BC410 is a U-shaped foam collar made for that light, wrapping its body to add 340 g of buoyancy right where the weight is instead of further along the arm. The ultra-high-density foam is designed to resist pressure and water absorption, and an O-ring groove keeps the collar seated once fitted. On a reef video dive it lets the rig float level while framing, on a slow drift it reduces the effort of keeping the camera up, and on a trip with several dives a day it spares the wrists. It measures 105 mm across with a 60 mm opening, stands 70 mm tall and is rated to 60 m. It suits a videographer running Solar Flare 13000 Pro lights on a larger rig.
