WFA12 Loc-Line Ball Arm

Description

Rigid arms need clamps loosened and retightened for every change, which slows down quick adjustments between subjects. The WFA12 is a flexible segmented arm about 370 mm long, built from Loc-Line style segments of about 19 mm with a ball end at each tip, so it bends by hand into a new shape and stays there. That makes it quick to swing a focus light or small video light from one side of the subject to the other without touching a clamp. On a macro dive it lets a focus light follow a small subject around the frame, on a night dive it angles a light over the top of the port, and on a shallow session it carries a small light on an action camera tray. Heavier lights can make a flexible arm droop, so it is best matched to compact lights. It suits a macro shooter who adjusts lighting often.
