WeeFine WFA38 Float Arm 53 x 200 mm

Description

Lights and strobes on long arms make a camera rig heavy in the water, and that weight shows up as tired wrists and shaky framing by the end of a dive. The WFA38 is a slim float arm measuring 53 x 200 mm, with a carbon-weave body, blue end caps and a ball at each end so it links into a standard clamp and ball arm chain like any other section. Swapping it in for a solid aluminium section adds lift close to where the lights hang. On a compact mirrorless rig one per side brings the set closer to neutral, on an action camera tray with two lights it offsets their weight, and when travelling its slim body packs easily. WeeFine does not publish its buoyancy or depth rating, so the trim should be checked in the water before the first full dive. It suits a diver who wants a slimmer float section in an arm.
