YS Arm

Description

Many strobes and lights still carry a YS foot, and fitting them to a ball arm system normally takes a separate adapter at the end of the arm. WeeFine's YS arms build that step in: one end is a YS mount that bolts straight to the light or strobe, and the other is a 25 mm ball with an O-ring that fits a standard clamp. They are made of aluminium and come in three nominal lengths of about 76, 127 and 203 mm. On a macro rig the short arm tucks a YS focus light close to the port, on a wide-angle rig the long arm places a YS strobe well out to the side, and on a light travel setup the middle length does both jobs with one fewer part. The arm also saves a clamp at the light end, which trims weight and joints. It suits a diver fitting YS-foot lights or strobes to a ball arm rig.
