SCUBAPRO Weight Pocket 50mm Single 6kg

Description

Drysuit diving puts more lead on a diver than anything else, and the practical problem is fitting it without covering the belt in hardware. A larger pocket is the answer: 6 kg in one place rather than split across two smaller ones, so there is room left for a knife, a pocket or a second weight on the other hip. It threads onto a 50 mm belt or harness waist strap and is supplied singly, so an uneven load is easy to build where that is what holds a diver flat. As with any weight system the point is that the lead comes off before the ladder rather than being climbed with. It suits a drysuit or cold water diver carrying a heavier ballast load.
