WHISTLE
The SCUBAPRO Whistle is a surface signalling whistle for a BCD. It is the cheapest piece of safety equipment a diver can own and the one most often missing from a rig, usually because nothing has gone wrong yet.
On the surface, a diver in swell is invisible from a boat at a few hundred metres. Sound carries where a hand does not, and a whistle needs no gas, no battery and no deployment. It attaches to the BCD inflator hose or a shoulder D-ring, where it can be reached without looking.
