Description

A legging that rolls down under a wetsuit undoes the smooth layer it was bought to provide, so the waistband here is cut deliberately high. Below it the blend is 85 percent recycled polyester with 15 percent elastane, rated UPF 50+ against ultraviolet at the surface, on flatlocked seams that press through nothing under neoprene, with prints applied in water-based inks. The face of the fabric is ultra smooth, which is what lets a rental wetsuit go on without the usual struggle on a hot deck. Two problems get handled at once: under a suit the leggings take away friction and chafing, and on their own they cover the legs against sun and against most stinging organisms, which counts on a tropical snorkel. Care is a 30 degree machine wash and a line dry in the shade. Sizing spans 2X Small through 2X Large in Midnight Navy. There is no insulation rating. It suits a woman who wants a wetsuit to go on easily.
