Description

An open-cell suit runs warmer, but it tears easily and takes soap to get into. Lining this one gives up a little of that warmth in exchange for a suit that is pulled on dry, rinsed without ceremony and worn on a line session the same afternoon. Thickness is 3mm over the torso and 2mm through the limbs. Smoothskin seals close the wrists, ankles and neck, with a blackout zipper behind a flap to limit ingress, and Glideskin panels sit over the shoulders and along the legs for stretch and hydrodynamics. The detail freedivers notice most is the outer back panel, a durable skin absorbing solar heat and deflecting wind chill on the surface, because surface intervals between deep attempts are where the cold accumulates. The knees carry a protective panel. Sizing spans 2X Small through 2X Large with Short lengths, black with grey chest and thigh panels. The RF Vest pulls over the top for cooler water. It suits a woman freediving in warm water.
