Description

Tropical water carries stinging jellyfish and zooplankton seasonally, and this suit answers that one problem. Cover runs fingertip to ankle beneath a close-fitting hood, leaving almost no skin exposed for a nematocyst to find. The fabric is a heavier grade than a standard dive skin, made from recycled post-consumer plastic, rated UPF 50+, so on the surface interval it also stands in for sunscreen, which matters on a boat where reapplying between dives is rarely done properly. Finger coverings extend from the cuffs and stirrup ankles anchor the legs. Every seam is flatlocked so nothing rubs across a long snorkel session, and the hood is cut generously enough to pull on without a fight. Sizing spans 2X Small through 2X Large, black throughout. It works under a wetsuit as a dive skin, where it makes donning far easier, and alone for warm-water snorkelling. It suits a woman diving or snorkelling in stinger season.
