WTX-D60TR Redundant Twin Wing

Description

A wing failure on a twinset at depth is one of the few equipment problems that has no easy answer, because there is nothing else holding the diver up. The D60TR removes that by putting two independent inner cells inside a single outer bag, and either cell alone generates the full 60 lbs of lift. On a deep technical dive that means a burst bladder is an inconvenience rather than an emergency. On a cave or wreck dive the doughnut shape keeps air from migrating side to side, so trim holds through a roll. On a decompression stop the high profile dump valve vents without the diver breaking position. It is built from 1000D Armorshield Cordura with curved sides, two drain grommets and a mesh panel, and the centre section folds for travel. It suits a technical diver who wants redundant buoyancy.
