Apeks WTX Thigh Pocket

Description

A technical diver carries a wet notes slate, a spare mask and a cutting tool, and a BCD pocket that needs two hands and a lot of looking is the wrong place for any of them. The Apeks WTX Thigh Pocket moves that kit to the thigh, where it can be reached by feel. The front flap closes with hook and loop, the thigh band adjusts towards the front so it can be tightened without reaching round the leg, and large buckles work with gloves or cold hands. A connector strap on top attaches to the BC waistband so the pocket stays in place. On a drysuit dive it replaces pockets the suit may not have. On a cave or wreck dive it keeps a backup light or spool within reach. On a training course it keeps slates handy. It suits a WTX or backplate diver who needs accessible storage below the waist.
