XDEEP Snoopy Loop

Description

Hoses that are not restrained find their own route, and it is usually across a valve, under an arm, or out into the water where something can catch them. A snoopy loop is the cheapest answer in diving: a rubber band that stretches around a cylinder and holds a hose or a bungee exactly where it was put, with no hardware to fit and nothing to corrode. In sidemount they hold the regulator hoses along the cylinder, and in backmount they tidy a long hose or a torch cord. Because the rubber stretches, one size works on any cylinder diameter, from a 3 litre stage to a 15 litre steel. They perish with sun and salt, so they are replaced on condition rather than on a schedule, and most divers keep a handful spare. They suit any diver tidying hose routing without adding hardware.
