The inner liner from an XDEEP ditchable weight pocket, sold on its own. Sizes match the pocket they came from: S, M or XL.
This is the part that holds the lead and takes the abrasion, so it's the part that wears through first. Replacing the liner rather than the whole pocket is the cheaper repair by a good margin.
