ZOOP NOVO / VYPER NOVO STRAP KIT

Description

The Zoop Novo is often a diver's first computer and it tends to stay in service for years, which means the strap gives out long before the electronics do. Rubber hardens with ultraviolet light and salt, and it fails at the strap loop or beside the springbar, usually with no warning beyond a small split you did not notice. This kit replaces the whole strap on either the Zoop Novo or the Vyper Novo, and being Suunto's own it takes the original springbars rather than approximating the fit. It is worth having in three cases: a strap that has gone hard and no longer sits flat, a computer bought used with an unknown strap age, and a club or school running several units where one spare covers the fleet. Fitting takes a few minutes. It suits any Zoop Novo or Vyper Novo owner. Replace it when the rubber stiffens, not after it parts.
