Fourth Element 5mm Kevlar Hydrolock Gloves

Description

Net removal, wreck penetration and anything involving sharp metal or barnacled line will wear through an ordinary glove inside a season. Facing the working surfaces in Kevlar takes that punishment while leaving the thermal layer intact underneath. The material split is what makes it work: Kevlar-reinforced fabric across the palm, fingertips and thumb at 4mm, with the back of the hand left as 5mm stretch neoprene so a closing fist is not fought on every grip. Seams are glued and blindstitched to limit ingress, and the Hydrolock wrist seal carries a smoothskin interior to stop flush at the cuff. Fourth Element developed the fit over several months with feedback from their own team divers rather than off a last. Sizing spans X Small through 2X Large, black throughout. A G1 or Xerotherm liner underneath adds warmth without much bulk. It suits a working diver on abrasive tasks.
