Classic 5mm Boots

Description

Walking over rocks, hot sand or a slippery boat deck in bare feet is where plenty of dive days go wrong, and the ADI Classic 5mm boot protects the foot from the car park to the water. The 5mm neoprene is double glued and blind stitched, which makes the seams last and cuts down on water flushing through. A non-corrosive heavy-duty YKK zip with a zip flap makes the boot easy to pull on and keeps the zip closed during the dive. On a rocky shore entry, the vulcanised rubber sole with its ribbed, non-slip tread gives footing that neoprene socks cannot. With open heel fins, the flexible rubber toe and heel caps take the wear from the foot pocket and strap, and add support around the ankle. In cooler water, 5mm of neoprene keeps the feet warmer over repeat dives. It suits a diver using open heel fins on shore and boat dives who needs grip and protection underfoot.
