Description

Instruments clipped separately around a rig snag, swing and get read in the wrong order. A console gathers them into one housing that is picked up once and read at a glance, which is why it remains the standard fit on a rental and training rig. This is the CPD3 build of Cressi's Vale 300 C console, a three-instrument console in the same family as the two-gauge DP2, finished in white and calibrated in bar. Cressi list it with a pressure gauge, depth gauge and compass, 185 mm long and 448 g. The Vale 300 C family uses a textured boot that can be handled in gloves and rigged with a clip or bungee to a BCD for a streamlined profile. It suits a diver or dive centre building a rig on a multi-gauge console.
