Description

Two millimetres will not carry a diver through a long Cape dive, and it is not meant to. What it does is stop the abrasion a shot line, a ladder rail or a wreck hands out while leaving enough feel in the fingertips to work a buckle, a reel or a camera control without the glove coming off. The shell is 2 mm X-Foam, a limestone neoprene made without petroleum, assembled with solvent-free glue over an ultra-stretchy plush lining that dries quickly between dives. The palm is textured and non-slip with reinforced fabric across the palm and fingers, so grip stays reliable on wet metal where bare hands slip. The cut is contoured rather than flat, following the hand without bunching at the web of the thumb. Three paired sizes are stocked in black, sold as a pair, and there is no wrist strap: the glove pulls on and seals on the cuff alone. It suits a warm or temperate water diver wanting dexterity.
