Description

Half a millimetre took this suit from the old 6.5 into CE Class A, rated from 7 to 12 degrees Celsius, and more usefully it is 7 millimetres a diver can get into alone in a car park, which is not true of most suits this thick. Single-piece arm and leg stretch panels with double zippered seals do most of that work. The neoprene is limestone-based X-Foam on solvent-free glue, with an Ultraspan chest panel, Stretchtec on the body, sides, arms and legs, and panels placed behind the knees. Infrared lining runs across the front and back torso over silver plush throughout, and it earns its keep after the first hour when core temperature has dropped. A small neck zip opens the collar between dives, so a surface interval is sat out on the boat rather than peeled to the waist. Entry is a diagonal rear YKK zip on a brass slider. Six sizes are held in stock, S to 3XL. It suits a diver working cold temperate water without a drysuit.
