Description

Every seam is a place water can track, so cutting the seam count matters more than it sounds. That is what the Pure Design Concept does here, using multi-thickness panels only where the fit calls for them, and a women's cut takes the slack out of the lower back where a unisex suit floods on entry. The foam is Yulex Dive, a plant-based material made from FSC-certified natural rubber, formulated to resist the compression that strips a wetsuit of insulation at depth; the suit is 100 percent neoprene-free and assembled with solvent-free glue. Thickness is 5 mm through the torso and 4 mm on the arms and legs, CE certified Class B for water between 10 and 18 degrees. A Blue Diamond Span inner fleece pairs with a second black lining for stretch, and wrist and ankle cuffs are zippered on YKK brass sliders behind internal seals. Nine fittings are stocked including short and tall. It suits a woman diving most of a South African season.
