Description

Neoprene compresses with depth, and a suit that felt warm at five metres can be noticeably thinner at thirty. Cressi make the point directly about the Fast 5 mm: its double-lined neoprene stands up well to compression at depth, which is what maintains heat retention through a whole dive rather than only the shallow part of it. Rated for 16 to 24 degrees, it is the thickness that covers most South African summer diving and a good deal of the shoulder season. The arms use super-stretchy ULTRA-SPAN panels for freedom of movement, and the legs pair ULTRA-SPAN with pre-shaped panels so the calves move freely through a long fin. This is the women's cut in black and yellow, sizes XS to XL. It suits a woman diving temperate water who wants warmth that survives depth.
