Description

Nothing else is needed between the camera and a pair of lights: the box holds the dual tray, two grips, two Flex Arms and two Y-S adapters. Those adapters are what make it brand-agnostic, Y-S being the mount used across most of the underwater strobe market, so the lights need not be Sea Dragons. Each Flex Arm adds 7 inches and bends through 100 degrees, so both lights are aimed independently rather than pointed wherever the tray happens to face, and one can fall back for fill while the other stays on the subject. The result is even light across a wide frame with no shadow thrown from one side, and a camera held in two hands rather than one, which on video does more for the footage than any amount of editing afterwards. The tray fits any camera or housing with a standard 1/4-20 tripod mount, including the SportDiver and SportDiver S; the wider Ultra needs the Ultra Dual Tray. It suits a photographer building a two-light rig in one purchase.
