Description

A thick glove that has to be forced on with wet hands is a glove that gets left in the bag, which is how divers end up cold. The inside of these is covered in metallite specifically so they slide on, which is the difference between a 5 mm glove being used and being abandoned. They are five-finger gloves in single-lined soft high-stretch neoprene, preformed so the fingers sit semi-bent in the natural position of a relaxed hand, which removes the constant low effort of holding a flat glove closed and is what stops hands tiring on a long dive. The entire surface carries a non-slip finish, so a line, a torch or a ladder rail can be gripped confidently rather than squeezed. Two sizes are offered, Large and Extra Large. That answers a cold-water dive, a winter shore entry and a long stop. It suits a diver in cold water who wants a warm glove that still grips.
