Description

Most camouflage wetsuits are printed from an artist's impression of what a reef looks like, which is why so many of them fool nobody. Cressi's cryptic camouflage technology starts from a real photograph of a fish, in this case a dolphin fish with its dominant colours, and alters it into a repeating pattern, so the result carries the actual tones and structure of a pelagic animal rather than an approximation of one. A high-resolution digital printing system reproduces it at a fidelity ordinary wetsuit printing cannot reach. That matters to a spearfisher because the difference between being approached and being avoided is measured in how well the outline breaks up at distance in blue water. It is a 5 mm suit in sizes S to 2XL. It suits a spearfisher hunting pelagic fish in open blue water.
