Description

Cold water finds its way in through the seams long before it soaks through the neoprene, and the Seal Skin was built to close that route. It is a 6mm Ultrastretch suit with S-Seal coating over every seam. That keeps the body warmth built up on the surface in place on a deep kelp dive in the Atlantic or a long cold-water training day. Glideskin seals the wrists and ankles, ankle zips make the thick suit easier to pull on and off, and the neck closure is comfortable over a long dive. Supratex protects the knees, instrument grip areas sit on both wrists, and a buckle on the leg takes the hood or the Mares Smart Pocket, which is sold separately. The suit comes with a hood. It suits a diver who spends real time in cold water.
