XT-Tech Inflator Hose

Description

The inflator hose is handled more than any other hose on a rig, pulled at the chest, twisted at the first stage and dragged across a suit, and a worn braid shows it first. The XT-Tech inflator hose shares the build of the Miflex XT-Tech regulator hoses: a polyether-based polyurethane liner, a polyester braid reinforced with Kevlar and a smooth thermoplastic skin. It ends in a standard quick-disconnect coupling for a BCD power inflator or a drysuit valve. On a backplate and wing set up for technical diving, it matches an XT-Tech long hose so every hose on the rig looks and handles alike. On a drysuit for a winter dam dive, the smooth outer layer has no weave to scuff against the shell. Four lengths, from 0.56 m to 0.90 m, cover a short wing feed through to a longer drysuit run. It is rated for air and nitrox up to 40% oxygen, and installation belongs with a trained technician. It suits a technical diver who wants matching hoses across the whole rig.
