18650 USB Rechargeable 3400mAh
The OrcaTorch 18650 USB Rechargeable Battery removes the one piece of kit divers most often misplace: a separate charger, with a built-in USB-C port that lets it charge directly from any standard cable.
Built on a Panasonic 3400mAh cell rated at 3.7V and 12.6Wh, this battery is designed for OrcaTorch's compact-to-mid torches, D520, D530, D550, D570, and D580, and rated for over 500 charge-discharge cycles before capacity meaningfully drops. A full charge from empty takes around 200-220 minutes, and a two-colour LED indicator confirms charging status without any guesswork.
Weighing under 50 grams and measuring 18.5mm in diameter by 70mm in length, the battery uses a protection circuit built into the anode, fully enclosed by a steel shell that guards against short circuits from a knock or drop, the kind of impact a spare battery takes more often than most divers account for in a kit bag. At high brightness, battery life typically runs 1.5 to 2 hours depending on which torch it's powering.
For anyone running regular dives, especially multi-dive days or liveaboard trips, carrying a charged spare is less a luxury than standard practice. A dead battery mid-trip with no charger on hand is the exact gap this one closes.
Compatible with: OrcaTorch D520, D530, D550, D570, D580.
